God is always willing to help and give. This is my personal experience and my strong believe. Miracles happen if you put your faith in God and his Christ, our Lord Jesus.
I have often given food to homeless people which had no money. And it was the power of Jesus which made me do that, because he is guiding me and definitely the source of my love and care for people who have less than I do. I know you won't accept this is an answer, but here's what Jesus himself said:
"Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?"
