The idea of dorms terrify me. I live about a 15 minute train ride from uni. But I dont go back until the 25th *daces* Im beginning to think the only reason we have such a long Christmas break is because students will die in fires or floods or just turn to charcoal as they walk outside if they have to leave their houses to go to class -_-
the idea of dorms terrified me at first too i was so scared! but I love it now, the first year i have a roommate who actually was really awesome, this year i have a single and i love it! we had a long xmas break because they needed more time for winterim lol
I had an absolutely dreadful roommate once. A columbian girl studying abroad. Good grief did she hate me. Worst 12 months of my life, but eventually I just started doing things I knew would actively irritate her. In the end I like to think we have a spy Vs Spy kind of mutual respect. One day Ill get to see a white christmas :3

One week we had major bushfires and 40+ degree heat, literally one week later we were hit with a cyclone and half of the country was under water. Some snow instead would be just wonderful. A jar full. Just send me a jar full
