JoAnn Fabrics and it's actually not swimsuit material. It's Microsuede. This tail is pretty much just for show or display only since the people I was there with wanted some "eye candy" for their event.
Get outta here! That was suede? It was very well tailored then! Suede is not all that forgiving as far as stretch if concerned...
