Yes, Vaso, you could be the impresaria! Musically speaking, "Maestra Kafkula" has a nice ring to it. Such responsibility will no doubt involve a lot of hard work and long hours, but I'm sure it'll provide many satisfactions as well.

Of course each venue would probably need separate and special, shall we say, seating for insects—apart from the human patrons, who might be distracted if everyone sat in the same area. Lady beetles / ladybirds / ladybugs (Coccinellidae) might make good ushers for the attending insects, although tiny flashlights/torches could prove difficult to locate. Biting and stinging insects may require further and more particular accommodations, to safeguard humans and other insects alike.

You've probably already thought of this, but it might be wise to exclude pitcher plants (Nepenthaceae and Sarraceniaceae) and Venus flytraps (Dionaea muscipula) from any decorative foliage used at the venues. Well, the "to do" list is undoubtedly endless and I don't envy your having to surmount all these obstacles in preparation for the orchestra's world tour.
