Are you thinking of making Ponyscape a app for those who aren't able to use a computer?
Inkscape has never been an app and will probably never become one. Because Ponyscape is just modified Inkscape, it is not likely that it will ever be made into an app. Also, Inkscape/Ponyscape is incredibly hard to use without a mouse/trackpad and keyboard.

Wouldn't that be really hard to use, though? I doubt trying to vector something with your finger on a small screen would warrant good results. :/
