I don't think it is possible for it NOT to happen to some. 
I do have some chubbies in my line up with the stomach issue and it being tight on it.

Well, here's one example of size: My dragon character, Robertian the Wanderer - the length and weight of his horns, which are 5 times longer than his body length and ¾ heavier than a yamaha motorcycle, always keeps his neck erect. Should he hold his head up for too long, he'll pull a muscle or nerve. His torment leaves him constantly wanderng in search of answers. I tell you this: He was turned into a twilight dragon with 300 runes by Nefarian.. what horrible atrocity!
