Ewwww, I hate that dried mustard stuff when I don't see it until I've already squirted it on my raost beef sandwhich or when I forget to shake the bottle first and I only get the runny mustard. I think you've strcuk a nerve. 
Anyhows, yeah I can't seem to get those cel colors the same when I scan them in. I'll have to see if I can fiddle with it some more in PS.
