If you had sent a response sooner you would not have got a reply till today. Been away for long time and was not sure when get back.
You say should be proud. Sometimes yes, but then you see someone who just finished school and see the fantastic work they do. Yes they have had schooling, but still progress should be steady when one is committed, but it's not so it is hard to be proud.
