..I spent valentines just with the kids as my hubby works away and is only home weekends.

Oh, I will surely stay away from the eating option 
Besides, it is much more rewarding to me to see other people eating the stuff they made in class (and a bit sneaky because the pounds will not go enhance my own fluffy parts 
).
A good friend of mine told me the day before Valentine's Day that she and her husband celebrate Love Day every day so it doesn't make any difference to them that it's the 14th or not. Sounds like a great idea to me
