Kiara hair is usually drawn in the direction she's facing
so it naturally goes over her face and sometimes if it's long enough it hides the eyes ovo
I have some characters who have that too. XD

It's emo but it's rather adorable personally. 
I guess it fits her if she's supposed to be really shy. XD
