Oh in my case it´s only those RGs that remember me of 40k,it doesn´t look too inspired by it..although that wouldn´t be a bad thing either I guess.Anyway,I think there´s two major influences on just EVERY SciFi artist wether they realise it or not:Warhammer 40K,which,itself,is inspired by... Star Wars.

Considering that good ol´ General McQuarrie had designed aircraft and real spaceships before he worked on StarWars,that would be a tough quest,there´s some serious industrial design in SW...
