Also: this guy is 200% of badassery and seriously one of the most Sapkowski-style original character I saw in this game. It was an honour to fight by his side, I dare say... and it's a true pleasure to see such lovely artwork

I absolutely agree with you, he is an example of strength,honor and humor. It was only him who acted honestly with Geralt, and I had no doubts about which side I should choose in the game - Roche or Iorveth. Definitely, ROCHE. I sympathized him in the end, when he lost everything.

YES. He was actually the only one who didn't make Geralt run some errands for him, but only wanted the truth, fair play, justice and better future for his country. Thank you for reminding me of this - and for the inspiration; I should totally re-play some chapters and make some fanart ;3
I apologize for barging in, but I just have to say it's great to hear some Vernon Roche appreciation. I'm totally with you on this. Roche was one of the few characters in TW2 whom I felt I could really trust. No lies, no hidden schemes, and the guy always had my back. Plus, him and Geralt fighting together made for some epic moments.
