Neat render, not really a fan of that background though. Too simple for the design.
This one are rendered 3D parts but assembled in Photoshop. Some tentacles are done in PS too.
I encountered bandwidth related problems in TheLair ([link]) so I'm uploading it here. It's an old work really.
