hey i really likle your desktop. I was wondering; how did you change the colors of the start bar etc? could you give me a link for the program (if there is one) and / or a quick comment on a 'how to change start bar colors'?

no it s a software who change the whole windows theme n u can't change the start bar color
i lost the link but i'm lookin for it
