It was actually intentional, I made her hair longer so I wanted it over her eye. :3 So it is all good. I did it in my previous pic of her also. [link]
Oh, well, hair can't go over the eye or eyelashes like that. It's not anatomically accurate.
Okay yes you are right, I am aware of that, but it is just something I decided to do. Please respect my decision. If I really wanted to fix it, I would but I like it just the way it is. Please try and respect that. 
Just keep in mind in anime art, this is done quite a lot, so as much as it isn't anatomically correct, people tend to do it because they like to. You can bend the rules in art as long as it works. ^^
