Awe so fantastic! I cant wait till the day you illustrate a book...I dont care how old I am, I am buying one! I love the tones and the lighting from the house onto the horse?! Fantastic touch. What kind of pend/ink did you use before you did water color on this?

I just used the traditional india ink. The kind that comes in a bottle and you dip the pen into it. It is the stuff that I use for almost everything.

What a beautiful scene. I really love it. The position of the wings is so unique. I hardly ever see anyone use it the way you have. It gives the painting a special touch. I also love the sense of outlines,... in fact I wish the outlines were even darker, and more prominent. It would almost make it look like a stained glass window. Gorgeous scene, very well done.
