And then there is Cadence(deity of love?). I'm guessing that the essence of love might be the Crystal Hearth...but then who is the deity of hatred? Sombra? He has been imprisoned in the ice of the arctic, so, dose that mean that ice is the essence of hatred as well? Or dose it symbolize the coldness of hatred?

...now that I think about it, hatred can't be the opposite of love, since Sun, Moon, Summer, Winter and Love are not bad, but Hatred is.
So, what is the opposite of love, without being bad?
I don't think there's anything that can be opposite of love without being bad... Ice can be bad... same with fire, but they can be good also.... kinda like Yin-Yang thing
