Download the blank meme, if you are a digital artist, draw the specified scenario directly onto the empty space provided.
If you are a traditional artist, draw the scenarios separately and edit them onto the specific blank space on the blank meme. It is important to at least have them together in a cohesive image, even if you don't copy them onto the meme itself, otherwise, it won't make much sense. This does require you to have some form of image editing program, but for this kind of thing, you don't need anything too special.
If you are a literature kind of person, specify the rules of the meme, then write out the specific meme prompts (making sure to write the rules of the specific prompts as you do them to make sure not to confuse yourself or any readers).
It's also nice to link to the original blank meme with any of these option.
