Umm, unless you're joking that'd be kind of impossible. Robin's parents died in a circus accident, an event which led him to become a crimefighter.

The only problem with Robin's mask is...it's barely a mask! As if someone couldn't figure out who he is. Kind of like with Superman/Clark Kent. Maybe the average person in comics is just dumb.
