Hello! It is quite alright.
If you scroll down the page, then you will see three long white boxes with codes in them. One says "link" one says "thumb" and the last one says "embed". Go to the box that says "thumb" and copy that information. You will paste that information onto any widget on your page that allows you to add text. The stamp will show up once you save your edit to the widget and show up on your page.
