"MST" is Mystery Science Theater. It is this TV show which uses three characters (one human, two puppets) to make hilarious satiric commentaries during really really really bad Sci-Fi movies. The term has been adopted into the Fanfiction world to mean practically the same exact thing, only one or more authors doing it to a horrible fanfiction. It's tons of fun to read when it's done well.
