Eevees have an unnormal ADN. Some scientifics with crazy minds started to have interest on this information so they caught many Eevees and began with experiments.
Joshed was one of those poor creatures and sadly he was the only survivor (the number on his leg is because of the experiment). Because of the experiments he is an stronger Umbreon.
The police knew about them, and they went to arrest them while Joshed took avantage of the "mission" and ran away. He wanted revenge but he had a son... and until that day he became a guardian of all pokemon and forgot his hate.
His story is inspired on Mendele, another crazy scientifics of the Second World War.

awsome, i'd love to here the full story sometime, when you've got the time to type it all out of coarse ^_^! i have a few of these myself, and i'd like to get it on paper before another idea pushes it aside... but, i can't word it right. it sounds good in my head, but when i put it on paper... i just keep going back and adding, subtracting, and mixing to make it sound good, you know, wording it different. i have the same problem with the books i'm writing. (sorry, i know this is long)
