I need to lose weight!
It's the keto diet. So far I am loving it, but right now I have a headache from it. (Means its starting to work!) I also tend to go on GaiaOnline, and Listia, and of course Facebook.

And why do you think you need to lose weight? O_OWell the headache is kind of a sign that the diet is working. The keto diet relies on ketosis which is what your body is using for fuel and burning fat. Basically a quick way to burn the glucose in your body instead.
