That is so depressing. I imagine you work just as hard, as well. It's like... without balloons strapped to your chest, you're valued far less even though you work hard.
It's how the world of food service works. As a pretty 23 year old with big breasts I get more tips than my older or younger coworkers. But on the other hand, I do rake in tips for them too, seeing how we share the tips. I spend a lot of time looking my best for my shift, collect the tips and share it with my coworkers. Everybody wins.
