You mean the size of the files used by the theme No. Smaller for screen resolutions like for notebooks. That skin was designed for 1920x1080. If the skin was smaller it would accommodate for those resolutions as well. I was only going to shrink the large bottom image that animates so that it won't take up the whole screen.
I was wondering about that, since most windows display themes also have options to allow shrink to fit - but font sizes and dpi can be a pain sometimes.
I'm curious though, aren't you working with content elements in 7 & 8 that are automatically resized anyway? Like shockwave & flash that are inherently resizable?

Rainmeter reads the PNG file and sizes it to fit the INI file specs. Not the original size of the pic background. Windows reads my INI specs of the PNG dimensions. I could resize it but my fear is that it would loose resolution and pixelate. That is my fear. If I do another of this it will be a different look with a different name. My plan is to make one with an electric blue background instead of the green.
Yeah, I've noticed a lot of cool blue or bright aqua displays getting some attention on DA, the web and many games as well lately - it seems to be a popular mix!
