Aku is also shape shiftier he could have turned into Dexter, like I theorized before about Mimi's creation.

Yeah, that's true. Perhaps Aku transformed into Dexter, conceived with Blossom, and only AFTER her daughter was born did she find out what really happened. Makes you wonder what she did with her child afterwards...did she give her away or send her to live with her father...or what?
