About the reflections, they're all painted. There's a simple reason for that: it's pretty much impossible to simulate an accurate reflection with just a filter. Artists often tend to use a filtered mirror image as a shortcut, but the results are often technically incorrect. The problem is that if you look at a reflection of an object, you basically look at it from a different angle, not just a mirrored image.
By the way, the blurriness in the reflection was added manually while painting.
