My dA needs your help! Seriously, that's how it works. Really, check it out... I suggest you start with this deviation so you know what's going on. )
Shame on you Alex! You jumped the fence didn't you!
Just a suggestion here! I would have cut off the lower part of the face making this a wide picture. Then I would have taken a picture that showed a far away horizon, and overlaid that just below the eye. You said the other night that you use PhotoShop and you could use that program to do it.
Ooops! forgot to tell you...
When you answer a person's comment click on the "reply" button at the bottom of the comment...it opens a new window to write in and will go to the person's D'Watch. Notice that you comment wound up on your page, and maybe not on their page.
Before you do anything to your Tiger Eye...be sure to save a copy and work with that! Then you can cropy and change the new one and keep your original picture. If you don't have any "big horizons" on your computer...check out Stock here at DA. Just remember if you use someone's picture...give credit to the person. This should be soooo cool!
A brand new monthly article which showcases some of deviantART's finest equine artists, as well as recognizing the lesser-known but equally talented ones. Interviews, helpful tutorials and features can all be found here too! I hope you enjoy it.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
The idea of this contest is to set you up completely blind with a mythical being - from any world culture - and turn you loose to come up with a deviation based around it!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
