Yep, I agree. However, even the design of Superman or Batman have long evolved over the decades from their initial conceptions, and when Jim Lee draws him today without the overly elonated cowl ears, the dark briefs over gray pants, armor details opposed to spandex, and no short-hem boots, along with many other details, including enblem, I think Lee should be credited solely as the interpreter for Batman's updated, and evolved design. And people do credit Jim Lee when they see a great Batman comic, not Bob Kane. I mean sure, they credit Kane as creator, but Lee as the artist, and thus, the one wbo interpreted the piece. This is what I meant. Of course, Bob Kane would still be credited as the creator, but Lee deserves full credit for coming up with a very streamlined, new look to reflect today's world. While dbgnrocks has credit of being the design's architect, let's say, you interpreted that blue-print via lineart, inking, and coloring when you sat at your desk to render it.

but I came up with the design, and created it, what don't you get about that!
