Comment on The New Way to Write Journals by ikazon
I'm sorry, but I thought the point of journals was to write. I don't know about anyone else but I can't do that with these new journals. Every time I click write new journal it opens the 'Write new journal' page but there is nowhere to type. It looks like the picture above but without the white area where you can type. It's just the grey background.
I did file a bug report and I still can't write anything help??
Just give it a bit of time, it can take up to a few days for the Help Desk to get to your ticket as there are a large amount of tickets filed at any time.
