I'm just calling it that the Flood will return in Halo 6. Also this amazing! Two of three my favorite Halo Characters! (My third favorite is Locke)

I'm with you on that. With that cutscene at the end of the Legendary campaign, it means the Flood was never completely gone to begin with.
