Hmmmmm suspiscious of that person...probably just created the account to have more chances of winning, passed the points to her mains account and deactivated the new account, maybe?

Maybe you should stipulate a minimum of 6 months old accounts in order to enter your giveaways? o^o?
I always do, and this one was 3 years old :S
Oh your account has to be six months old in order to enter that's messed up for all us newbies who are really using one account
