Spirit world is an almost euphemistic way to put it, but yes. Now Hitler is an immortal vessel of flesh for dark gods from beyond time and space. Snarkier folks would call this an improvement on his personality. 
So basically in the words of Jim Morrison, "Adolf Hitler is alive and well" even to this day?
