OOoohhh It's Painter! I have been trying for the past month or so to create a watercolor look with photoshop but I'm failing miserably.
Actually there are a few brushes in Photoshop that can almost do it. I think it has to do with setting the right flow and opacity, but I've misplaced the brush I used to use.
