Well....I think it's help to train my brain to wake me up before 6! ^^
As the kids have got older, it would make more sense to lay in a bit longer, but I enjoy a bit of quiet before the school rush, so I get quite a bit sorted.
...then, sadly, I write myself a 'to do' list when I've got lots going on. I seem to get it done quicker
I'll save the recipe for the weekend. One of my girls really likes cooking, especially desserts, so she can help

I have to fit mine in at the weekends with working all week - probably why I don't get as much practice
