yea i think i read the same things when i was doing the research. i am not sure if they ever fixed that but did add a roll bar at some point.

There's a guy around where I live who has a Mutt which I thought was strange, I heard they were outlawed.

i remember 100% but i dont think they were illegal but rare to come by. because of the roll over issue the US didn't sell many to civilians.
