It has? That's not very good! So once you removed the bottom paper and attempted for it to place on the macbook it didn't stick or? I'm not sure on how to try apply it however i'll send a message over to where I bought them and see if we can get this worked out for you!

It's a possibility that's for sure. I got an email back about it, but seems they don't know either. He did mention about putting it one, but I believe you already know this and it's purely that it did indeed dry out.
"The clear transfer tape is the sticky one not the white paper. The clear sheet is what you pull of with the decal on it to apply the decal. They are probably not doing that and keeping the decal on the white sheet which is the outside of the decal."

Yeah I was not aware of it till someone informed me. I've already contact them to take it down and we'll have to see how that goes then. Thank you for your purchase as well .
