It takes alot of time and patience to make them. My art is kinda similar to the show itself but im getting there. I'm currently making part 2. As for the DVDs, I dont think its needed as long as you can download the flash here at deviantart...... i think. 
Oh certainly! You have to make sure that all the movements line up and flow really smoothly. It definitely is similar to the canon but I really like it. It really is unique! I can always tell that it was done by you, even if there isn't a label on it 
And I really am excited to see what you do for part 2. How many parts do you plan on making this? And yea, DVDs would just be a pain XD I like seeing all these flashes on my computer since its much easier and doesn't cause problems left and right. But what I mean is that I buy all my episodes of South Park on iTunes to watch them online/put them on my iPad and if this RNC Chronicles was an actual episode/season of South Park that was available on iTunes, then there would be no hesitation on my part to pay the money that I would pay for South Parl

I mean it is quite big thing to deal with. I give you my best of luck! And you definitely should! Maybe you can start off with doing some flash commisions if you haven't already (of course, for a hefty price) or offer it to be bought. Who knows who would buy it! I hope you get noticed one day dude! This stuff is great! And definitely! There is so much you can do! Maybe, one day, you create like an actual series with your characters and create 20 min episodes like SP does. It would be so cool!
Sorry for the late reply, For now, I'm gonna try to make just this one episode with four 3-5 minute acts just like how South Park does it in the beginning of how they Started from Season 1 to i think later seasons since its only 3 acts now instead of 4. I always want to make an episode out of my ocs and whats even better, Is having other peoples OCs to be in it since thats probably what everyone would really want to dream and see their ocs animated. I have like 2 people here that wanted to do their voices of their ocs. But i dont know how that would work and they gave me suggestions too. So for now, Just one episode if in the future, ill do an episode 2. As for commissions, I put it on hiatus i think last year because my Burger King work is in the way, So I'm not sure how i will bring that back. Heres this old strict journal of that but I havent put anything about flash though. If i ever update it someday. Ill try not to make it all strict. LOL ---> [link]
