It would have been an amusing outtake!
Peter turns Gwen down, Gwen just gapes in shock, and MJ goes PFFFT! and faceplants onto the table, banging her fist on it repeatedly as she guffaws to herself! XP

Oh yeah. And eventually she holds up a finger and excuses herself from the table, walking off, still smirking and chuckling to herself, to find somewhere private where she proceeds to just laugh her ASS off! XD
