Actually, there's a disease that affects dogs known as Wobblers Syndrome. Great Danes are known to suffer from it - sounds a bit like what you're describing here. Though he might have a rather extreme case, haha!

Ah, yes, I've heard of that one. Actually some parts of this character were inspired by a dog I saw on a documentary, which also had that kind of condition. But in Shinarendra's case the wobbly gait is a result of a trauma and not an inherited disease like Wobblers syndrome usually is. That's crucial to the story :>

Yeah - his condition just reminded me of that, is all. But I think the trauma is a very interesting spin - looking forward to seeing how that plays out!
