There is this thing that scientists have found out,
that being waked up 7 AM can be healtdanger for young people, especially teenagers,
and that we should wake up later then 7,
The thing is that our Bodyclock is set o wake up at 8 AM (earlier or later)
But when you wake up at 7 AM you can't just go to sleep earlier,
because we are not made to go to sleep that early, and they
tested it on several schools if waking up later was better,
and it was,
They got better grades, they were more awake and they got more sleep,

And if you do a lot more on day (running, being active, using energy)
You can be more sleepy by it,

XD And most school kids are waking up at 6:00 or before to be ready for school.
