Aww he's a beauty! We don't see too many manx cats around here, but I hear their temperaments are particularly nice. I'd love to get a cat some day.
I agree with the Warriors series. The whole thing turned into a soap opera/cash cow which is a shame, because the initial concept was quite cool.

Funny, I've seen a lot more colors in British currency than that, and lucky you for it. The most colorful our currency gets are the copper pennies! (except for the Christmas chocolate coins but those don't count)
That sounds like them alright.^_^ Hobbes and June also have/had some of the softest fur ever. ^^ If you get one, just beware the possibility of selected parts of the house becoming scratching posts. XD
I'm trying to remember what the original concept was. I'm suddenly curious, what was it about the series that originally caught your attention? All I remember was being attracted by the Moonrise cover (I'm a sucker for snow scenes, go figure).
