This one is creepy, in a good way. 
For me, it resembles the tail of a genie, the claws of a falcon, the face of an evil clown and the smile/body of a leech. After reading ~Nekogami13 's comment I clicked the "Pandora's Box" link. It really is nothing I would epect from a starred toy-like wooden box.
Because of the shape and your own name, DamienWorm - I wonder If this is supposed to a pictorial representation that you have something to hide, that the packaging does not match the product...but perhaps I'm reading too much into it.
Either way, aesthetically, this is a great piece. The black and white combination matches the opposing ideas of the innocent box and the evil creature inside. I especially like how the hair twists and encircles fading into the background, almost like flames, adding to the sense of danger.
Overall I find this piece intriguing..I'd love to know your inspiration for it?
