That looks absolutely nothing like the picture above. In fact it looks like you have just smothered the original photo with Gaussian Blur, although I'll take your word for it that it was the oil paint filter.
Either way, it looks utterly ridiculous. Almost as ridiculous as you now look!
But do keep trying. You need to if you are going to avoid even more egg all over your stupid face.
You could always pay or beg some real artist to do the job for you, and then pretend that you figured out some way to do it yourself. But that won't wash unless you can explain how you did it. And you can't do that, can you?
