But it looks so small. Considering the number of people that die each episode, it has to be a much larger town, just to sustain those numbers of deaths per episode.

I drew this after hearing the first two episodes, so it's not particularly up to date.
It could be Night Vale's Old Town before it became the Old Town. Who knows how rapidly the place grew in size. Or when.
