I think that's where the creator of this picture got the idea, since Flash has had the least screen time overall, it makes sense for him to be shy.
Yeah, well I always thought he'd be an incompetent pony where he tries to do his job as a royal guard, but he keeps getting his ass kicked by whatever enemy attacks the kingdom, or getting shoved to the sidelines or literally getting shoved, or getting knocked over and thrown around
