Thank you, but may I ask? I am not quite sure what you mean by portraying the reader. What are you saying? How am I portraying the reader?
Your reader has a more 'stand her ground' ... personality to her. Which is something I, perhaps others do, don't see very often in fic, especially romantic one's. Most of the time, again in my point of veiw, the reader may stand their ground for a moment or two be more often or not they end up like puddy in the characters hand instead of actually commanding them selves. Which is not a bad thing, there are times when it really fits but for whatever reason seeing the more 'bolder' reader appeals more to my taste.

Honestly, I can't see all girls (sometimes boys) acting like putty for anybody. Usually people stand up for themselves and won't let others go so far in a relationship (sometimes). I mean, you're not going to have sex right after confessing their love. It doesn't work that way. I like making things more realistic. If it's going to be a lemon, I'd at least let the reader and their crush be in a relationship for a bit of time at least.
