Also Russian parts.. To make them more correct, haha..:

1) "Я тебя люблю тоже" well that's not really wrong, considering Russian is a weird language that no matter how you order the words the sentence still makes sense..

Examples being:

"Тебя тоже я люблю"

"Тоже люблю тебя я"

"Люблю я тебя тоже"

But Russians don't really say 'too' at the end unless there's some weird shit happening with the start, so a more correct way would be either this:

"Я тебя тоже люблю"

Or this:

"Я тоже тебя люблю"

2) "Ты все, что я когда-либо хотел в моей жизни."

Not wrong, not wrong indeed.

But 'все' means 'everyone' and 'всё' means 'everything' so if you wanted to say "You're everything I wanted-bla bla bla and shit" I guess 'всё' would be kinda better..

'You're everyone I wanted xD'
