HELP! it just says a java exeption has occured and it won't work
Which version of Java do you have installed?
i'm not sure i think 64 bit but anyway i couldn't successfully install internet explorer of Firefox . ;(
Yeah you need the 32-bit version 
idk if this is you're problem, but if you used chrome to download java it won't run, so you'd have to use firefox or ie.
