It is great, literately only took a few minutes to mix and get all over myself then I just stuck it in the freezer and forgot about it for the night, you will have to tell me what it's like coffee flavoured 
I will! I found a recipe by Nigella Lawson that is the same as this but with the ingredients needed to make it coffee flavoured, so I will be doing that once I find those ingredients.
